With great sadness, for those of us who were fortunate enough to be part of Dick McKenzie's life, his long journey on earth ended on Friday, December 21st, also Winter Solstice, 2018.  Though this was the longest night of the year, it is the beginning of days with increasing light.  So, I am hoping I will go from that day being one of the saddest of my life to days filled with memories, Dad's lessons for life, and the lightness that came from his love, and his love of life.
